The vibrant spoken word community gathered at the Tesano branch of Pizzaman Chickenman on Friday, September 12, for the third edition of Breakout: Mic Flow, an initiative of Kristocentric Station. The event, founded by media personality and Kristocentric Station founder Fifi Folson, has quickly grown into one of the most anticipated platforms for poetry, music, and creative expression. Folson also served as the MC for the evening, guiding the audience through a night of powerful performances and artistry.

Organized in collaboration with Scribes Global and Pizzaman Chickenman, the event provided a stage for some of Ghana’s finest emerging talents in spoken word and music. The night opened with a soulful acoustic session from Lordable Holm, setting the tone for what became a celebration of creativity and community.
Performers who graced the stage included The Wordsmith, Charlie the Poet, Dorinda, El-Kay Dee, Rejoice Selassie with live music, Bruce Almighty, The Purple Oracle, Fa-el, Bryt Music, Dorneh Rhymez, and Nii the 13th Disciple. Each act brought their unique voice and energy, with themes ranging from faith and identity to love and social commentary, captivating the diverse audience that filled the venue.
